This package includes an interview consultation, mock job interview, company research, and thank you letter. This was made for someone that is actively interviewing or has interviews scheduled and wants to prepare. Interviewing is nerve-wracking, regardless of who you are or how well qualified you are for the position. Most of us don’t interview on a daily basis and need to brush up on interview skills. If you practice, you will always show up better and more confident when it counts! Once this package is purchased, we will reach out to you via email within 1-2 business days to schedule our initial job interview consultation meeting (this can be via phone or video conference- your personal preference). In the consultation meeting we will discuss you, the job(s) you are interviewing for, and any questions you have for someone that has regularly interviewed people and been a part of a company’s hiring and decision-making process. No question too big or too small – this time is yours. If you don’t have many specific questions prepared, I will go through my own prepared tips and provide guidance that has proven to be valuable. Next, within 1-2 business days of our consultation, I will provide you basic company research and interview questions that I believe would be good for you to ask. Remember, asking questions in an interview and doing your research are both so important and they go hand in hand. If you don’t have any questions employers often view that as a lack of interest/initiative. But! The questions that you ask matter. They need to be thoughtful or the interviewer may view it as a waste of their time. We can also schedule your mock job interview at any point in the process. Some clients like to get all of the tips up front and then go into it and others may have a time sensitive interview awaiting and want to go ahead and complete this part of the package upfront. I will prepare real, relevant interview questions for you. The interview will last about 30 minutes and I will provide a brief overview of my feedback immediately after. This package also includes a Thank You letter which is so important- this is where you tie a bow on the interview process and reiterate that you are the right candidate for the job. The turnaround for a Thank You letter from our initial consult is about 2-3 business days (if it is time sensitive we can expedite as needed).
